The parish is "Exhall with Wixford" and the two churches share one PCC but have 3 churchwardens, one at Wixford and two at Exhall.

St Milburga's Wixford has just one regular service each month except during the summer months when there is also a service of Compline:
- 4th Sunday of the month - 8.00am Holy Communion
- 4th Sunday of the month - 6.30pm Compline (Summer months only)
